After a long time i decided to try this DST double eyelids surgery. Or i called it as my little double eyelid surgery.
Why i called it little?
Because its a Non Surgical double eyelid procedure is a No Scar technique of creating Asian double fold using Durable Sutures (Durable suture technique), that requires no skin incision and can produce permanent double fold in Asians.
It is also known as non incisional technique, internal technique, stitch technique or pinch technique.
The Suture technique is considered a temporary surgery for some patients and has a much quicker recovery periods that the incisional technique, but has less predictable results.
Benefits of Durable Suture technique are:
1. Not a surgery but a procedure
2. Takes 20-30 minutes with help of local anaesthesia
3. Avoid scar, long downtime, swelling and bruising
4. Predictable recovery in 3 days
5. Simple, Easy, Economical & Satisfaction
Okay, enough. You can search it if you are interested with it.
Here my before surgery eyes
Beautician injected LA into my eyelids, 2 shots for both eyes. Not painful. For that moment i think hope i don't get blind since she not a doctor hahaha.. Then begin sewing double eyelids with no hesitation. she pull a string thru so it is actually reversible and her scissors really damn big and long. My sister told me that actually our eye is bleeding a lot.
Finish done both of my eyes, she asked me to opened up my eyes and she her. I did. Then she asked me to looked up don't look down. After that she check my eyes and said done, you can leave the room. Wait in the outside later she will explain what i can do and don't.
I heard some of my friends and unknown told me that this technique won't last longer. Hope mine will be permanently. And won't falling out over a year time.
The Pros after this surgery :
More confidence
Bigger and beauty eyes of course
And this is what i've been wanting for so i'm very happy with it.
The Cons :
The antiseptic causes my skin face breakouts.
Swollen and bruises eyes for one week. But actually its okay because its not very ugly. Hahaha
Can't make up for two weeks.
Eyelid surgery is generally performed under a local anaesthetic, but some patients are given sedation via an intravenous drip or a general anaesthetic. Most people find that they are ready to go out in public and be seen in around a week to 10 days
