Nowdays girls care more about how their appearance than how their school score and works. Their concertrating on their clothing, gadget, bodies and many more. A majority of them ( including me hahaha ) try to fit in by having the hottest clothing, perfect hair, and perfect bodies; while also trying to be cool, and popular. They do this in order to fit in.
Most girls spend lots of money and energy on choosing their beauty products – all with the hope to look beautiful. If you have all the desire and put in all that effort, you will definitely look beautiful.
Okay, so here what I want to share is "You don't have to put on a lot of makeup to look beautiful. Every girl's dream is to feel and look naturally beautiful, to make themselves confident" isn't it? Me too.
There are various beauty tips for girls that should be followed meticulously. follow the various beauty suggestions for girls and get the desired look.
It is not that tough but you have to be a bit disciplined while following the beauty tips:
WATER:
Make it a habit to drink minimum 8 glasses of water everyday. Also eat food that is rich in Vitamin A and C. They help you a lot to look beautiful naturally. To maintain the shine on your skin, you can try to mix honey with water and drink it daily while you wake up from sleep. Your skin shall not only shine but also become smooth.
TREAT YOUR SKIN GOOD:
Daily exposure to dirt and pollution may leave your skin dull and grimed. We all know that our skin needs a moisturizer. To hydrate it naturally, you can try to massage it with Body lotion. This will also keep the fresh glow of the skin intact.

EAT HEALTHY:
Eat healthier foods like fish and fresh fruits and vegetables. You can still eat other foods but lower on the intake of fat, sugar, and calories. Some foods have empty calories. Avoid them as much as possible. Try not to eat too much junk food such as potato chips, pizza, cookies, cakes, etc. Eat foods that have skin hydrating, sun-protecting and wrinkle preventing powers.
Eat plenty of nutrient rich (especially antioxidant and vitamin C and A rich) vegetables and fruits such as sweet potatoes, tomatoes, cantaloupe, tea – green or black, oranges, lemons, limes, grapefruit, spinach, turnip greens, broccoli and omega-3 rich foods. These foods will provide you the nutrients needed for your skin to keep it smooth, glowing and wrinkle free.
SMILE
You'll reveal a new you. Avoid drinking Pepsi,Coke etc. They stain your teeth giving your smile a yellow look. Brush brush brush! always remember to brush your teeth. Brush your teeth and keep good dental hygiene to have a bright smile.
FASHION:
Girls love to wear pretty nice to attracts people eyes. But make sure that you are wearing it neat and properly. Don't over expose your body or it will make you look like a slut. Hehe
Wear clothes you feel good in, and that define your features. Try to avoid wearing clothes that do not flatter your figure. You don't need to religiously stick to every single fashion tip you come across (most are quite boring anyway) but do take the time to learn how to bring out the beauty of your unique figure.
HAIR
Always keep your hair brushed. To keep it in place during the day, spray on a little leave-in conditioner. Keep your hair neatly groomed. Use organic shampoo and conditioner, and avoid anything with sulfates in it. To get rid of residue, occasionally add a little baking soda to your shampoo. Always wash your hair with warm to lukewarm water, never hot. Hot water strips off all the natural oils. Depending on the season, style it so that you are comfortable and your hair is protected from environmental hazards.
Simple makeup will be better. Unless you are going to a party.
TIPS
1. Skip the foundation unless you really, really need it. Heavy makeup hides true beauty! Work on your skin instead, applying coconut oil to your face before you turn in for the night will smooth and clear your skin tone plus it treats acne. Add some pink blush to the apples of your cheeks (smile when you're putting it on). Swipe on chapstick to your lips to keep them lush looking.
2. Stand tall with great posture. Roll your shoulders a few times to feel where they should be. Keep your chin up. Keep your head balanced atop your shoulders, avoiding "forward-head posture."
3. Make sure to get at least 8 hours of sleep each night.
4. Get fresh air and exercise. Both will give you a healthy glow.
5. Have a healthy diet that includes fruit, vegetables, protein, and enough water. Don't starve yourself or try to force your body to be thinner than it naturally is; it won't work in the long run and you could end up with serious health problems.
6. Sun protection. When outside protect your skin with a sunscreen. make sure you apply the sun sunscreen at least 15 min before you step out into the sun
7. Be confident.If you aren't then try to be. you are beautiful and always will be.
8. Exercise regularly to maintain your fitness.
9. Try going without makeup for a few days. Allowing your skin to breathe will be better in the long run. When you do put makeup back on, it will look even better than before!
10. Always wash your face and remove any makeup before going to bed.
11. Just be yourself. Being original is always worth more than being a copy!
12. Be yourself! People can spot a fake personality from a mile off.
13. Never overuse makeup. It can ruin your skin if you have too much and it may clump up during the day and prevent you from having a healthy glow.
14. Be who you are and don't let people make you feel that you are not enough.
15. Brush your hair daily and eat healthy.
16. Love yourself and respect others.
17. If you have eye bags put cucumber or a iced bottle on it, in order to cool your eyes and get rid of the bags.
18. Cleanse, tone and moisturize daily.
19. Don't confuse confidence with cockiness. Don't compare yourself to others!
20. Take vitamins daily (C and multivitamins) for long, strong hair and nails, and a healthy body.
21.You are beautiful just the way you are. If anyone denies that, ignore them. They are simply just jealous.
22. Try curling your eyelashes, if they do not have a natural curl. It will open your eyes and give you a nicer appearance, even without mascara.
23. Always be thankful for every blessing you are bestowed with.
24. The best cleansers for the face are honey and olive oil. They will moisturize your skin and leave it feeling glowing and gorgeous.
25. Find your inner beauty!
26. Putting Vaseline on your eyelashes (and eyebrows, if needed) every night for a month or more will condition them, inducing them to grow more and shine.
27. Never say you're not pretty, that will make you upset. Always be confident and think positive!
28. Love yourself! You are who you are and you are beautiful and no one can take that from you!
